Customer satisfaction is our number one priority. If you are not pleased with your item for any reason, we will gladly refund your money.  Please read our entire return policy before submitting your request.

  • Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Return items must include the original designer packaging, dust bag, shoe box, jewelry box and all original packaging.
  • Send an email to info@broccati.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return within 7 days from the day of delivery.
  • An e-mail enclosed with the instructions will arrive within 48 to 72 hours (please check your email junk mail or Promotions folders if you have not received our Returns email).
  • Return the product within 15 days of receiving the e-mail.
  • Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will email you to let you know of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If your refund is approved, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your return.
  • Please provide us with the tracking number for your return so that we can ensure your refund is processed timely.
  • Please note that Broccati is providing international access to often small-batch and localized items, please order your sizes and preferences carefully to help minimize superfluous international shipping.  

    Return Cost:

    • If you are returning your item or items from USA, we offer free return. You do not have to pay for any shipping fees and custom duties charges.
    • Anywhere else in the world, you are responsible for the total cost of shipping, custom duties, and all other applicable fees.

     

    Unreturnable Items:

    • For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns for underwear, swimwear, and earrings.
    • All discounted sale items are final and unreturnable.
    • Products damaged after delivery or missing original packaging (shoe box, sunglasses case, dust-proof bag) will not be accepted for return.
    • Please remember to return your item to Broccati within 15 days of receiving your return item e-mail from Broccati. You will not be able to receive a refund if the item is not shipped for return within the 15-day period.

     

    Cancellation:

    • When you place an order, we process it and send it to our partners as soon as possible. If your cancellation request is approved by our partners, we can cancel your order. If your request is not approved, the cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees. Please see our Return Policy.

     

    Damaged, Defective, Wrong Orders:

    • If your order arrived damaged or defective in anyway, please send an email to info@broccati.com within 7 days from the day of delivery. The damage must be described in detail and photos must be attached demonstrating its extent.
    • An e-mail enclosed with the instructions will arrive within 48 to 72 hours (please check your email junk mail or Promotions folders if you have not received our Returns email). Our team will inspect items returned for damages, defects, or errant orders. If your return is approved, please allow up to 14 days for us to process your refund.
    • Broccati is responsible for shipping fees, custom fees, and applicable taxes for defective products.
